Looking for the perfect place to bring your family, friends, or team? Welcome to Agave Ridge, a brand-new luxury cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Set on over 1.6 acres, this spacious cabin sleeps up to 28 guests and offers a variety of activities both inside and out.

Agave Ridge has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. You’ll find four king suites on the main floor, each with a custom king bed, soft cotton sheets, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in showers. There are two sets of triple full-size bunk beds tucked in hallways for extra sleeping space. Upstairs, the game room doubles as a bunk room with two sets of triple queen-size bunks that sleep 12 more guests. There’s also a full bathroom, pool table, shuffleboard, retro arcade, and an 85-inch Smart TV. Step out onto the second-story deck to take in the amazing views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You’ll find an industrial fridge and freezer, double ovens, an ice machine, and a coffee bar stocked with K-Cups, syrups, and filters. The custom dining table seats 12, with eight more seats available at the counter and console. The living room of Agave Ridge features leather seating, a seasonal gas fireplace, and a cozy reading nook. There’s even a built-in dog kennel under the stairs.

Outside, there’s something for everyone. Play a game of pickleball or basketball on your private court. Try your hand at the putting green, disc golf, or ping pong. Let the kids explore the large playset with swings, a slide, and a climbing wall. There’s a giant outdoor hot tub, a sauna, and a large fire pit with plenty of seating. You’ll also find daybed swings, a hammock for relaxing, and a secret trail to a small pond. Multiple Smart TVs, including four outside, keep everyone entertained. Agave Ridge is also dog-friendly. You can bring up to two dogs under 35 pounds (fee applies). With direct access to ATV trails, a circular driveway for easy parking, and an EV charger, this cabin is built for convenience.

Included with your stay are firewood, high-speed Wi-Fi, shampoo, body wash, makeup towels, laundry machines, and a starter pack of essentials. There’s no need to worry about stairs either—entry is at ground level. Agave Ridge brings together comfort, space, and entertainment in one place.
