This new home, built in December 2023, features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing space for families and groups of friends. Located in one of the more private areas of Hochatown, Alpenglow Cabin offers a tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle of town.

The cabin’s secluded setting is surrounded by a beautiful forest, providing a peaceful environment for guests to enjoy. Outdoor amenities include easy access to ATV trails and ample parking for adventure seekers. Guests can unwind in the hot tub nestled in the woods or gather around the fire pit with provided firewood for relaxing evenings. The high-end Weber gas grill, supplied with propane, allows for convenient outdoor cooking, and the covered breezeway deck with Polywood furniture ensures all-weather enjoyment.

Inside, the cabin is an entertainment hub. Smart Roku TVs in all bedrooms, the living room, and the patio offer varied entertainment options, and fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity. The cabin features numerous games, including an arcade, Wii U, cornhole, Giant Jenga, horseshoes, hook and ring, and a collection of board games like Sorry, Scattegories, Connect4, and Taboo.

Comfortable accommodations include a bunk room and game room with six beds, a sleeper sofa, and a gigantic Love Sac for relaxation. Three luxury king bedrooms come with spa-like bathrooms, providing a luxurious retreat for guests. Indoor and outdoor dining options offer versatile meal settings, ensuring a delightful dining experience regardless of the weather.

The cabin features cozy amenities such as two gas fireplaces in the living room and one outdoors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The covered patio and porch provide sheltered outdoor moments, and the abundant outdoor seating, fire pit, and various games cater to guests of all ages. A brand-new playset ensures that kids have a space to enjoy their time.

For added convenience, the cabin includes a washer and dryer with laundry soap provided and a full coffee bar with K-cup pods, ground coffee, sugar, and creamer. The kitchen makes meal preparation easy and enjoyable and offers everything guests need for their stay.

Guests have unlimited access to the entire property, except for a locked owner’s closet. The hassle-free entry system features a secure digital keypad, allowing for easy self-check-in with a unique keycode provided before arrival. There is ample parking, with space for multiple cars and even a boat in the expansive circle driveway.

Alpenglow Cabin is nestled near Hochatown’s finest attractions, only 15 minutes from local gems. Guests can choose their adventure, whether zip-lining, ATV thrills, go-karting, or golfing at nearby courses. To ensure a pleasant stay, guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and the person booking must be at the property during the entire stay. Four exterior cameras are installed for safety, one at each door, with none having a view of the hot tub. The property prohibits animals, smoking, vaping, and fireworks. The maximum occupancy is 14 adults and children; exceeding this limit results in additional charges and potential eviction without a refund.

While the cabin is wired for fast internet, occasional outages may occur due to its rural location. The host provides a starter supply of essentials, a fully equipped kitchen, towels, and linens. After every check-out, the hot tub is drained and sanitized, and propane is provided for gas grills.

Alpenglow Cabin is located in a forested area where critters like chiggers and bugs may be encountered despite professional pest control efforts. A $500 security deposit is held during the stay and released five days after departure, pending no damages or missing items. The deposit is a hold, not a charge, and is collected via Airbnb-approved third-party software. Please note that furniture and decor are subject to change without notice, and the Oklahoma Forestry Service may enforce burn bans.
