The Chill Top Cabin is pet-friendly, allowing two dogs under 50 lbs each, with a fee of $125 per pet. The living room features a leather couch, an oversized chair with an ottoman, an accent chair, a big-screen TV with cable, throw blankets, and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has seating at the dining table for ten and additional seating at the kitchen island for 4.

The main bedroom and bathroom #1 (downstairs) are furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a hutch, and a TV with cable. The bathroom features double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a soaker tub, with all necessary amenities provided. Upstairs, bedroom #2 offers a king-size bed, a pull-out couch, and a TV with cable, while bedroom #3 features a queen-size bunk with a twin on top, a TV with cable, suitcase stands, and a closet with hangers. The upstairs bathroom #2 includes double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a tub, with all amenities provided.

The loft area has a foosball table and a closet full of games. Outdoor living amenities include a bench swing for 3, additional bench seating for 2, outdoor dining for 6, a gas grill, a private hot tub, a playset, a cornhole, and a fire pit with seating for 6. Other amenities include a washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board, fireplaces available seasonally, and a maximum occupancy of 9 with no exceptions.

The cabin’s location offers easy access to the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities, as well as Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, downtown Hochatown, and various outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, golfing, mini-golf, and more.
