This luxurious vacation rental features a cozy living room with a pullout sofa, coffee table, fireplace, and a big-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen, with seating at the island for four, comes stocked with everything needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The spacious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands, a big-screen TV, and a closet for all your belongings. The attached bathroom is a true oasis, featuring a large walk-in shower, soaker tub, double vanity, and all linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided for your convenience.
Step outside to the outdoor living area, where you’ll find comfortable seating, a fireplace, another big-screen TV, a grill for outdoor cooking, a firepit with seating for four, and even a cornhole set for some friendly competition. This vacation rental has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Cliffside is also pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs under 50 pounds each for $125 per pet.
General facilities include a full-size washer and dryer in the half bath, free Wi-Fi, and gas fireplaces. The cabin is seasonally available from October to May 15th. Any cancellations that require a refund will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is four guests, with no exceptions.

It is just a short drive to popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and downtown Hochatown. When planning your visit, consider bringing the following items to enhance your stay: rain gear and light jackets, as the area receives an average rainfall of 55-60 inches each year; good hiking boots for exploring the beautiful scenic trails; water shoes for the vast shorelines and streams; insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies. Enjoy your coffee on the deck in the early morning, and remember to bring condiments.

The house is not sealed around the windows which allowed wasp & bugs into house. 50+ lady bugs were crawling on the ceiling and had to kill numerous wasp that entered through an unknown crevice. Constant wasp buzzing in the high windows in living room and bedroom. Over 10 wasp at once. Kim said it was normal for the weather warming up. I agree, but they shouldn’t be in the house. I know wasp come out in the warmth, but there is an issue with the house being sealed somewhere to allow bugs in . I didn’t ask for any refund on the home because of the wasp, but did find out there was a $125 fee per dog once we arrived. It was in the description, yes I overlooked it, but all I searched for is “pet friendly” and it popped up. I’ve never seen one that made you pay $250 for 2 dogs that didn’t cause damage. Normally it’s a deposit you receive back with no damage , but not here. They discounted $125 of the total $250 dog fee for the “inconvenience” of the bugs. ZERO cell service in the house!
