Marshmallow Pines is your ideal getaway nestled in the heart of Hochatown. Offering a modern farmhouse cabin within a serene development just 5 miles from Broken Bow Lake, our cozy cabin comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal retreat for one to two families or a group of friends. As the personal managers of this property, we take pride in ensuring our guests feel truly special and well cared for at all times.

The cabin features a master King suite and a Bunk Room, along with an array of modern amenities such as SMART TV, high-speed Wifi, and a equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. The spa-like bathroom amenities add an extra touch of luxury to your stay. Outdoor entertainment options include a playset, arcade, various board games, a corn hole set, and a disc golf setup. Not to mention, a firepit, grill, and hot tub provide the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation.

Upon entering, you’ll be captivated by the open space, tall ceilings, and an enduring sense of cozy farmhouse vibes. The living area offers a comfortable sectional sofa, accent chair, smart TV with streaming, and a gas fireplace. A charming kid reading nook, complete with a small couch and an array of children’s books, is also nestled in the living room area.

The sleeping quarters consist of a Main King Suite on the 1st floor, featuring a king-sized bed, nightstands, a charging station, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and shower. The Bunk Room on the 2nd floor boasts a Twin over-queen bunk bed and a full bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have premium pillows, linens, sheets, smart TVs, and room-darkening curtains or shades. The 2nd-floor Bunk Room also doubles as a gaming area, housing an arcade machine and an assortment of board games for the entire family to enjoy.

The kitchen and dining area feature a quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, a wine chiller, and an array of kitchen essentials such as a microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, hand mixer, blender, and toaster. The dining area includes a table for two and seating for four at the counter.

As for the outdoor area, you’ll find a hot tub, outdoor dining and seating, a gas grill, a Connect 4 game, cornhole boards, and a gas fireplace. A short walk from the back deck leads to an inviting outdoor fire pit surrounded by chairs, providing the perfect place for your entire group to gather and unwind.

Located in a quiet subdivision in Hochatown, our cabin is near several local attractions, including Local259, Mountain Fork Brewery, Grateful Head Pizza, Choctaw Landing, Hochatown Saloon, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend State Park. We are delighted to be a pet-friendly property, with an additional fee of $50 per pet per night.
