Night Smoke

Night Smoke Cabin is a spacious and modern 2-story cabin in Broken Bow, just minutes away from popular attractions in Hochatown. Tucked away in a quiet part of town, our cabin offers the perfect gathering place for 1-2 families or group trips. With the capacity to sleep up to 8 guests, including pets, we take pride in managing this property to ensure our guests feel special and well taken care of.

It features two king suites, a Bunk Room, and a range of amenities such as a modern design, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a coffee bar. The outdoor space boasts a firepit, grill, hot tub, and various games and activities for adults and kids.

Upon entering, you will be captivated by the open space, vaulted ceilings, and expansive windows that seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor worlds. The large living room and well-appointed kitchen are ideal for entertaining, while the leather sofa and loveseat, smart TV with streaming, and gas fireplace offer a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The cabin features two King suites on the first floor, each with premium amenities such as smart TVs, closets, and room-darkening curtains. The Bunk Room on the second floor provides additional sleeping space and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen boasts countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, hand mixer, blender, and toaster. The dining area, with ample seating for 8, overlooks the outdoor space, allowing guests to enjoy their meals with a view.

The game room on the second floor offers entertainment for all ages with a shuffleboard, TV, arcades, board games, and comfortable seating. Outside, the large patio features a hot tub, outdoor dining and seating, a gas grill, Giant Connect 4 game, cornhole boards, a gas fireplace, and string lights, providing a true haven for fun and relaxation.

Night Smoke Cabin’s location in a quiet subdivision north of Hochatown offers easy access to local attractions such as Local259, Mountain Fork Brewery, Grateful Head Pizza, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend State Park. Additionally, we are delighted to be a pet-friendly property, with an additional $50 per pet/night fee.

Guests are required to submit recent vaccine records for their pets, and pets are strictly prohibited from the furniture. Violators are subject to a penalty. The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras to ensure the property’s and guests’ safety, but no cameras are installed inside the house.

As a privately owned rental cabin, a security deposit and renter agreement are required for guests booking Night Smoke. The front door has an electronic smart lock keypad and a private entrance, with a unique door code sent at least 48 hours before check-in.

It’s important to note that indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during summer. Additionally, due to its rural location, the property is regularly maintained by a pest control company. Guests should also be aware of native flora and fauna, including various insects and animals, as the cabin is in a rural town.
