I had to ask MULTIPLE times requesting an update on my late check out request. I even called the “emergency number” that was given, no one answered nor did I even get a call back. That was very disappointing. They charge an EXCESSIVE amount for “cleaning fees” to still check in to the kitchen sink with what looked like dirt around the sink.Response from OwnerHi Alexa, I’m sorry you felt we didn’t respond quickly enough. You sent us photos of a stray dog and we posted them on local Facebook groups immediately and connected with you on that. You never let us know of any cleaning issues during your stay. The cleaning fee for this house is high due to the amount of bunk beds and trundles that must be cleaned. It’s a LARGE home. The late checkout you requested was asking for an entire afternoon until 3 pm, our rules state 2 hours late max or you need to pay for another day and you were approved for stay until 1pm. I’m sorry the house felt boring….seems odd you wanted to extend your day if it wasn’t a great location. Unfortunately we can’t win them all thank you for the feedback. -

Beautiful stay on a semi private pond 2 houses across the water and one next door but still very private. Gorgeous patios all around the home with gates to keep our little ones inside and away from the water without us letting them through. Plenty of room bunk room has 9 beds 4 other bed rooms all with attached bathrooms one room shares bathroom with bunk room. Lots of activities for all of our kids

Had a great stay celebrating two birthdays over a weekend. Clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a quick get away from the city. Also enjoyed the kayak’s and paddle boards that were provided to us being right off a body of water. The best part was spending time over by the fire pit when the sun went down. Will be back if we ever decide to make our way back to Broken Bow!
