No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. 3. No pets/animals of any kind. No parties, and no fireworks. 4. Max occupancy is 6 registered guests during the stay to comply with fire and septic codes. Only the registered guests confirmed during the booking period are allowed on the property. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without approval. 5. This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize these encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
