My wife & I had a great anniversary trip here. We felt very safe & comfortable. I am so happy that the host sent instructions in advance because GPS definitely will not lead be useful unless you’re on the main road. We followed the directions & made it to the property with no issues. The hot tub was amazing & we spent half the day relaxing there with an AMAZING view! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat ! Also, there were some really good restaurants and bars in the area that were recommended in the area guide

We had a few minor things that hindered our stay. The largest and most inconvenient is the construction taking place just 100 feet away on evenings and the whole weekend on a new cabin beside this one which no where does it provide a disclaimer regarding this construction of a new cabin. Then charges full price when we could not even be on the patio due to all the construction workers all weekend. The new cabin is almost on top of this one so there’s zero privacy on the patio or at the fire pit. That’s huge for most people and I feel like that should be noted now that there’s a cabin next to this one.

Sunrise and sunset views were beautiful. Appliances were nice, bed was
Comfortable. House seemed new. The hosts were responsive, but not very helpful.
Now on to the unfortunate negative comments.
The Inside gas fireplace did not work, called about it the day we arrived and was never functional. Outside TV didn’t work, called the day we checked in and was never repaired/replaced. And lastly, there were dozens(I mean dozens) of wasps inside the house. The host responded that it was “normal” due to them seeking a warm place to be which was inside the house. Well, there is nothing normal about wasps falling on your bed. A dog was stung twice while she was sleeping in the bed. They had to come out twice to vacuum the alive and dead ones.
We had a good time because we were with family, but ultimately incredibly disappointed with the issues listed above.
