Rare Breed is a newly constructed luxury cabin offering a one-of-a-kind retreat in the heart of Broken Bow. Featuring eight spacious bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, this stunning property is designed to accommodate large families looking for an unforgettable getaway. With various entertainment options, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool, gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings, or challenge each other to a game of pickleball, shuffleboard, or pool. A state-of-the-art massage chair provides the perfect way to unwind after an adventurous day. Combining modern amenities with the beauty of nature, Rare Breed offers a luxurious and relaxing escape for every guest.

The living space is stylish and functional, designed for relaxation and socializing. It features two large couches with seating for six, complemented by four elegant accent chairs that create a welcoming atmosphere. A big-screen TV is the centerpiece, perfect for movie nights or watching the big game.

The kitchen and dining area offer an open-concept layout equipped with an industrial-sized fridge, a double oven, and modern appliances, including a waffle maker, wine fridge, and ice maker. The large dining table seats ten, while the spacious kitchen island provides additional seating for five.

The master bedroom is off the kitchen, providing easy access and ultimate comfort. This space is designed for relaxation, featuring a king-size bed, a stylish bench, and nightstands with elegant lamps. A large closet with hangers ensures plenty of storage, while a big-screen TV allows guests to unwind with their favorite shows. The en-suite bathroom has a private toilet, double vanity sink, oversized walk-in shower, and dual shower heads. A spacious soaker tub offers the perfect relaxing place after a long day.

Six additional master bedrooms, four on the first floor and three on the second offer the same attention to detail and luxury. Each features a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, and a big-screen TV. The en-suite bathrooms are modern and elegant, with spacious walk-in showers, stylish sinks, and ample storage space.

The game room and loft area provide endless entertainment options. This space has a shuffleboard table, an arcade system, and a pool table, perfect for game nights. A massage chair offers a relaxing escape, while a mini-fridge and ice maker ensure drinks are always within reach. Guests can enter the balcony for fresh air and scenic views, with additional seating available.

The spacious bunk room, accessible via a charming spiral staircase, is a haven for kids and groups. This unique sleeping area features three sets of triple-stacked twin XL beds and two double-stacked twin XL beds. A big-screen TV makes it perfect for movie nights, while direct access to a private balcony allows fresh air. The adjoining bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, offering convenience and comfort.

Three distinct seating areas provide plenty of space for guests to gather in the outer space. Two areas feature televisions and gas fireplaces, creating a cozy atmosphere for enjoying a show or simply unwinding. The third seating area overlooks the private pool, offering a picturesque backdrop. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a mini-fridge and a dining table for eight, is perfect for al fresco dining. Guests can soak up the sun on lounge chairs, dip in the hot tub, or enjoy a game on the private pickleball court. A fire pit with seating for ten provides the perfect setting for late-night conversations under the stars.

A washer and dryer are available in the half bathroom off the living room for added convenience. Fireplaces are operational seasonally from October to May 15th. Exterior surveillance cameras monitor activity around the entrances for security purposes, ensuring guests’ privacy and safety. Due to its rural location, Wi-Fi service may be spotty. A $50 processing fee applies to any cancellations requiring a refund. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 27 guests, with no exceptions.

Rare Breed is ideally situated near Broken Bow’s top attractions. Guests can explore hiking trails, enjoy water activities on Broken Bow Lake, or visit local breweries and wineries. Hochatown’s best restaurants, shops, and entertainment options are just a short drive away. Nearby activities include zip-lining, fly-fishing, kayaking, ATV trails, horseback riding, and a petting zoo. The newly opened Choctaw Landing Casino offers excitement for those looking for nightlife and entertainment.

For the best experience, guests should bring rain gear, light jackets, hiking boots, water shoes, insect repellent, and sunblock. Additional first-aid supplies, coffee and filters, and condiments are also recommended. While a starter supply of essentials is provided, guests may need to bring extra depending on the length of their stay.
