Risky Business

Welcome to Risky Business, a luxury cabin built for fun, comfort, and large group getaways in View All Cabins. This three-level vacation rental has everything you need for relaxing days and exciting nights, all tucked away in beautiful Hochatown. With five spacious bedrooms, a heated pool, hot tub, game loft, and even a private pickleball court, it’s perfect for families, friends, or work retreats.

Inside, the Risky Business main living room is warm and inviting. It has a leather couch, a recliner, two comfy chairs, and a big-screen TV mounted over a gas fireplace. The second floor adds more space with a cozy sofa and a massage chair—great for unwinding after a day of fun. Upstairs, the third-floor game loft is a guest favorite. It includes a pool table with a ping pong top, shuffleboard, a poker table, and a big TV. There’s also a wet bar with a mini fridge, ice maker, and a Keurig coffee station. Whether you’re watching a movie or playing a game, this loft keeps everyone entertained.

The Risky Business kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a crowd. There’s an industrial-sized fridge and freezer, double ovens, a two-sided air fryer, a crockpot, a waffle maker, and a Keurig drip coffee pot. You can seat up to 8 at the dining table, with four more spots at the kitchen island. A half bath is nearby, and the laundry room includes two washers and two dryers to make clean-up easy.

When it’s time to sleep, everyone will have plenty of space. Risky Business features four king suites and a large bunk room, sleeping up to 23 guests in total. Each suite has a king bed, nightstands, HDTV, and a private bathroom with double vanities and walk-in showers. Some bathrooms also include soaking tubs and rainfall shower heads. Two of the king suites offer direct access to a balcony or patio. The third-floor bunk room is designed with groups in mind. It has two triple-stacked queen bunks and one triple-stacked twin bunk (that’s nine beds total!), plus a large Smart TV and a full private bathroom.

Step outside the Risky Business and you’ll find more to love. The large patio features a heated pool (available March through October for a fee), a relaxing hot tub, and plenty of lounge seating. There are two dining tables, a fire table, a separate fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, griddle, mini fridge, and ice chest. Whether you’re eating, swimming, or just soaking in the view, there’s space for everyone.

And don’t forget the private pickleball court—perfect for friendly games and family fun. Risky Business even has a backup generator, so you stay powered up no matter what.
