The main house forms the heart of this lodge, featuring an inviting family room adorned with a large sectional sofa and floor-to-ceiling windows framing breathtaking views of majestic pine trees. A stunning stone fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to cozy evenings streaming movies on the 65-inch smart TV or engaging in board games.

The chef’s dream kitchen boasts modern appliances, including double ovens, an electric stovetop, and a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Carafe coffee maker. The large island facilitates both meal preparation and additional seating for four. A custom kitchen table with built-in benches invites shared meals and planning for the next day’s adventures.

For an extra touch of whimsy, an open-air loft is accessible via a charming spiral staircase. Tailored for families and friends, the loft offers four twin XL bunk beds, perfect for kids or the young at heart. Entertainment abounds with a sit-down arcade machine, a Star Wars pinball machine, an NBA Jam basketball arcade machine, and a 65-inch smart TV. A full bathroom dedicated to loft guests is conveniently located on the first floor.

Within the main house, a private suite serves as a peaceful retreat, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed with luxurious bedding, an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a smart TV, and a dedicated desk for staying connected to work during the stay.

Venturing outside the main house reveals two additional private suites connected through a covered breezeway, each ensuring total privacy with separate doors equipped with smart locks. The breezeway is a spacious outdoor relaxation and entertainment area featuring a comfortable couch, chairs, and a stunning outdoor stone fireplace with a 55-inch smart TV. The outdoor space also includes a barbecue, an outdoor dining table, a ping pong table, and various games.

Backyard fun beckons with games like horseshoes, corn hole, and ladder golf. For younger guests, a swing set/fort by TreeFrogs promises hours of entertainment. A large picnic table and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows add to the outdoor delights. A covered deck hosts a large private hot tub.

Sawbuck Lodge ensures a hassle-free stay by providing smart TVs loaded with YouTubeTV, a starter kit, kitchen essentials, Keurig coffee makers, a full-size washer and dryer, gas fireplaces seasonally available from October to May 15, and various amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and more.

Pet-friendly, the lodge welcomes up to two dogs weighing up to 40 lbs each, with a non-refundable fee of $125 per pet. Please note the property’s use of exterior surveillance cameras and that Wi-Fi can be spotty in this rural area.
