Splish Splash is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to escape into nature while enjoying the comforts of a luxury cabin. Tucked away among the towering pines of Hochatown, Oklahoma, this pet-friendly getaway features a private heated swimming pool, a relaxing hot tub, and cozy indoor and outdoor fireplaces. This cabin is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring two private king suites and additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests.
The open-concept living space of Splish Splash features a cozy seating area with a sofa and two chairs arranged around a gas fireplace. A large Smart HDTV offers entertainment options. The kitchen provides everything needed for meal preparation, including a Keurig K-cup coffee machine, cookware, bakeware, a toaster, a blender, and all necessary flatware and drinkware—a dining table seats up to six guests, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.
The two king suites offer a restful escape with stylish furnishings, Smart HDTVs, and private ensuite bathrooms featuring double vanities and walk-in showers. One of the suites also includes direct access to the back deck, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the fresh air at any time. The additional sleeping space is in the hallway. It features a triple-stacked twin bunk bed, making it ideal for kids or extra guests. A third full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a nearby laundry closet provides additional convenience.
Guests will find an inviting outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment. The private heated swimming pool is the highlight, offering a refreshing place to cool off in the summer and a warm retreat during the cooler months. Comfortable lounge chairs surround the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. A covered seating area features an outdoor gas fireplace, a Smart HDTV, and a dining table, making it the perfect place for outdoor meals and gatherings. A gas grill is available for cookouts, while a wood-burning fire pit with seating for four offers the ideal setting for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars.
Guests will have access to a large, flat, circular driveway, allowing easy boat parking. Smart HDTVs throughout the cabin provide access to the cabin’s Hulu + Live TV subscription. The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs with prior approval and paying a pet fee.
The neighboring Float On cabin offers the same floor plan and amenities for those needing additional space, including its own private heated swimming pool.

90% of total booking will be refunded if reservation is cancelled in writing for up to 35 days before arrival.
A 50% refund will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 14 days before arrival and no refund prior to 14 days before arrival.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is only 5 feet deep, so just enough to relax in with kids. Very quiet and private area towards the end of a cul-de-sac. From the pool, you can see the cabin next door through the trees, but it’s just the front of it and I believe it is a cabin owned by the same people. Spend the extra money to get the pool heated. It was so nice and relaxing.

Our family had a great time at this beautiful home. Kids had a blast in the heated pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great layout of the house . Spacious and had everything you need. We would definitely stay here again .

We had an Amazing time! Our Apple Maps brought us to the wrong location, however once we put the address in google maps it was very easy to find. Check in was great. Everything in the home was very neat and clean. We enjoyed spending time on the back patio, and the pool and the hot tub were great! The host was very quick and responsive to our questions. The outdoor fire place would not come on and they were quick to help us to reset it and we had a very enjoyable movie night on the patio. Overall, we would highly recommended, and would definitely love to stay here again!

Great house for two families. It’s in a nice neighborhood north of town and quiet. Chat bot communication leading up to our stay was very annoying. Too many calls and texts saying there was an email with rental agreement (but no email) that’s just one example. Hopefully the ai will catch up. House items could have used more instructions (fireplace when remote needed to be re-paired), hot tub notes, etc – I felt like I was messaging management constantly. I couldn’t tell the difference between dish and clothes washing pods (could have easily been labeled). Guests should know there is no garbage disposal in the sink.
