Welcome to the inviting “Take Your Time Cabin,” a modern yet cozy retreat in Hochatown, close to Broken Bow Lake and the town’s key attractions. With a capacity for up to 12 guests, this cabin is a haven for multiple families or group getaways, seamlessly blending modern comfort with accessibility.

The cabin, managed personally by us, offers a warm welcome with a thoughtfully designed interior, providing a trip planning service, itinerary assistance, and a digital guidebook. Located conveniently near significant restaurants and attractions, it ensures easy access to the best of Hochatown.

Spanning two stories and covering 2700 sqft, the cabin features a 2-story open floorplan with soaring ceilings, an indoor fireplace, and SMART TVs. The living area is designed for relaxation, boasting the comfiest leather sofa and family-friendly board games.

The fully equipped kitchen, adorned with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, includes a coffee bar with coffee pods, sugar, tea, creamer, and other conveniences like a hand mixer, crockpot, blender, and toaster.

Sleeping arrangements cater to diverse needs, accommodating up to 12 guests with two king suites, one queen bedroom, and two twin-over-queen bunk beds. Plush memory foam mattresses enhance the comfort, while ensuite bathrooms offer walk-in showers and soaker tubs.

The outdoor area is designed for year-round enjoyment, featuring fire pits, grills, and a hot tub. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer (May 1 – Sep 30). Pets are considered with a fee of $50/night, allowing a maximum of 2 pets.

Security is a priority, and the property is equipped with outside security cameras to ensure guest safety. These cameras are strategically placed by the front and back doors, recording 24/7, with no cameras inside the house.

Take Your Time Cabin requires a security deposit and a renter booking agreement as a privately owned rental cabin. Guests benefit from keyless check-in for a seamless arrival experience.

While enjoying the natural surroundings, guests should be aware that the cabin is rural, and native plants and animals may be present. Despite a strict pest control and cleaning regimen, the natural habitat may attract various creatures. An animal deterrent is installed outside the deck to minimize close encounters.
