Welcome to The GATSBY – the perfect place for your next getaway. Located in the heart of Hochatown, this upscale cabin offers modern architecture, luxury design, and breathtaking forest views. You’ll be just 1.5 miles from Grateful Head, Beavers Bend Brewery, and other restaurants in the area.

As the personal managers of this property, we take pride in making our guests feel special and cared for. With two-bedroom suites, a detached bunk house, and two additional sleeping areas, The Gatsby sleeps 12 guests comfortably. The cabin has various amenities, including a shuffleboard, a Pac-Man arcade, a swing set, board games, and multiple decks/balconies for forest views. There’s also a propane grill, outdoor dining, outdoor sofas, hanging chairs, four-cycle swings, a fire pit, cornhole, connect four, and a hot tub for your entertainment. We strive to make each guest’s stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The cabin’s living area is designed for luxury and comfort, with abundant windows that offer breathtaking views, an open living area featuring a comfortable sofa, accent chairs, blankets, a SMART TV, and a cozy fireplace. The dining table seats 8, while the bar seating seats five more. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals! Pots, pans, salt, pepper, and oil are provided along with a Keurig Duo Coffee Maker (pods and ground coffee provided), a hand mixer, a crockpot, a blender, a toaster, bakeware, and kid-friendly dishes and utensils. Adult guests will enjoy our bar area, where they can mix their cocktails to cap the night off (bring your drinks!).

The cabin has two bedrooms, one on the 1st floor with a king-size bed and the other on the 2nd floor with a queen-size bed. Both suites have a SMART TV, dressers, nightstands, and lamps. The king suite is a haven of indulgence, with a double-sided fireplace, a soothing soaking bathtub, an extra-large shower, and two vanities. Step outside onto your private patio and let the serenity wash over you. A queen suite with a private bathroom ensures guests enjoy privacy and comfort.

Up in the loft/game area, challenge your skills with shuffleboard, a Pacman arcade, and various board games. There’s also a short queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 1) and a private balcony for extra space. The bunk room is in a detached part of the cabin for extra privacy! Four comfy twin beds, a bathroom, and a living area with a full sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) make it a cozy retreat! There is also an electric fireplace in this part of the cabin.

At The Gatsby, we understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome them to stay with us at a $50/night/pet fee. We require recent vaccine records and ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture; violators will be penalized.

For your convenience, we offer keyless check-in. The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad and a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests should know that the property has installed outside security cameras for protection. These cameras protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

Please consider that this cabin is rural so that internet speeds may vary throughout your stay. We have contracted a pest control company that regularly maintains the grounds. However, please note that bugs may be present on the property due to its rural location. Hochatown is a growing community, so there is a possibility of construction in the nearby areas. This is usually limited to weekdays, but there is no guarantee that activities are not occurring on weekends.
