- Things to know Holiday dates require 3 nights minimum. Thanksgiving requires a 4-night minimum. Check-in/Check-out are not permitted on Thanksgiving/Christmas. The pet fee is $30/night for up to 2 dogs and $55/night for 3-4 dogs. A maximum of 4 is allowed at any one property.
Free cancellation for 48 hrs after booking.
90% of total booking will be refunded if reservation is cancelled in writing for up to 35 days before arrival.
A 50% refund will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 14 days before arrival and no refund prior to 14 days before arrival.
