This stunning cabin, nestled among the towering pines of Hochatown’s Lost Creek West, overlooks a private stocked pond, offering endless summer fun. Whether kayaking, fishing, or relaxing in the hot tub, your perfect getaway is just minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Mountain Fork River, ensuring you can easily explore the area’s natural wonders.

Escape to the serenity of our spacious living room, where two couches and two love seats invite you to unwind by the cozy gas fireplace. Large windows provide scenic views, and the big screen HDTV ensures you won’t miss your favorite shows. This room is perfect for gathering with family or friends after outdoor adventures.

In the kitchen, indulge your culinary desires with island seating for five and a dining table that seats ten. Our well-appointed kitchen comes with all the essentials, from a crockpot to a K-Cup coffee maker, ensuring a seamless stay surrounded by luxury. Cook up a feast and enjoy it with your loved ones in this welcoming space.

The downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms are designed to provide the ultimate comfort and relaxation. Each features a king-size bed, nightstands, a large dresser, and a big-screen HDTV. The ensuite bathrooms offer double vanity sinks and spacious walk-in showers, providing relaxation and comfort. These rooms are your private sanctuary, offering a restful retreat after a day of exploring, ensuring you feel pampered and at home.

The upstairs bunk room and loft area are designed for fun and entertainment, ensuring you and your guests have a great time. The room features two triple-stacked queen bunks, a pre-loaded arcade table, a shuffleboard, and a bar top with four chairs. Enjoy direct balcony access and a full bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower. This area is ideal for kids or anyone looking for fun and relaxation, ensuring you’re ready for a good time.

Step into nature as you explore our inviting outdoor space. Here, you’ll find a hot tub, a firepit with seating for six, patio furniture, and outdoor dining for eight. Embrace the tranquility of the waterfront surroundings while kayaking or fishing, creating lasting memories with your loved ones. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and adventure, offering something for everyone.

The laundry closet has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Please stay connected with free Wi-Fi and use our EV charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available from October 15th to May 1st. Note that any cancellations incurring a refund will be subject to a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for The Waterside Retreat is 20 guests, with no exceptions.

When visiting, remember to bring good hiking boots for our scenic trails, water shoes for the shorelines and streams, sunblock, insect repellent, and other first-aid supplies. While we provide a starter supply of coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, linens, and laundry soap, we recommend bringing additional supplies to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
