Whiskey & Wine is a luxury cabin retreat designed to unite people in the heart of Hochatown’s most sought-after area. With over 4,700 square feet of living space, this six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath property offers a comfortable and elegant stay for up to 26 guests. Built in 2022, the cabin sits on a paved road in the scenic Eagle Mountain neighborhood. The large circular driveway allows easy parking, even for bigger groups or multiple families traveling together. Located minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beaver Bend State Park, this property commands easy access to popular destinations like Mountain Fork Brewery, Shuck Me, The Tasting Room, The Distillery, and Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream.

As guests step inside, they are welcomed by a warm, rustic-modern atmosphere with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The spacious open layout allows everyone to spread out while staying connected. At the heart of the cabin is a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large gas stove, and two dishwashers. Whether preparing a casual breakfast or a full holiday meal, the kitchen is ready for any occasion. Even a freezer makes whiskey ice balls for an extra touch of fun. A coffee bar with a drip machine and a Keurig adds to the comfort of early mornings.

The dining area offers a large table that seats ten, with additional seating for seven more at the kitchen island. Just steps outside, a custom-built picnic table and another outdoor dining table create enough space to seat up to 20 guests for meals under the covered deck. A half bath and a laundry closet with two washers and two dryers are also located on the main floor for added convenience.

The cabin’s layout includes three bedrooms downstairs—two king suites and one queen suite—each with its private bathroom. The bathrooms feature beautiful tile showers with rain heads, stone finishes, and built-in granite benches. Two downstairs bedrooms offer direct access to the deck, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning with nature.

Upstairs, there are three more suites. One includes a king bed with a twin daybed and trundle, another has a queen bed, and the third is a spacious bunk room that can sleep up to eleven with multiple beds and trundles. Each room has its full bathroom, making it easy for everyone to enjoy privacy and comfort.

The upstairs loft serves as a second living area and game room. It features a sofa, smart TV, shuffleboard, pool table, air hockey, and a vintage-style arcade game with multiple options. The entertainment options include a table for cards and board games, yoga mats, and a voice-activated speaker.

Outside, the large covered deck is perfect for both relaxation and fun. Guests can unwind in the oversized hot tub, gather around the outdoor fireplace to watch TV, or enjoy a meal in the fresh air. The outdoor kitchen area features both a gas grill and a Traeger pellet smoker for all the grill enthusiasts. In the yard, a built-in fire pit and a game of corn hole make for memorable evenings under the stars.
