Updating your vacation rental listing is a breeze with Brokenbow.com. Log into your online user account and change your listing’s photos, calendars, and rates. Our user interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making navigating the listing, editing, and modification process easy.

To easily manage your property pricing, navigate to the “PRICING” tab. This is where you can set your nightly, weekend, and long-term prices and customize your rates for specific periods. You can also include additional charges such as cleaning fees, taxes, and other applicable fees related to your property pricing.

When you access your account, navigate to the “Calendar” tab. From there, you can view your calendar and quickly select the dates you wish to mark as unavailable or available. The changes you make will be immediately reflected on your calendar without the need to click a “Save” button.

This streamlined process makes it easy to update your calendar and keep your availability information up-to-date for your guests.

Just follow these simple steps to synchronize your third-party availability calendar (such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) with Brokenbow.com. First, click the “SYNC ICAL” button and select “import” from the dropdown menu. Then, in the “feed name” field, enter a recognizable name you’ll associate with the corresponding channel. For instance, if you’re using an Airbnb iCal, you might name it “Airbnb.”

Next, in the “feed URL” field, enter the calendar URL in .ics format. Once you’ve completed these steps, your third-party calendar will be synced with Brokenbow.com, making it easy to manage your availability across multiple channels.

Please note that including outbound links, such as personal website links or links to other sources, in your listing description is not permitted on Brokenbow.com.

To be listed on Brokenbow.com, your accommodations must meet the following criteria:

  • Be open to the general public

  • Have an official name

  • Have an official address at a single, permanent location

  • Be open for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks per year

  • Have multiple rooms or units available for guests

  • Capable of accommodating more than 1 guest or group at a time.

  • Not require guests to stay for more than seven nights

  • Currently open or accepting reservations for a future opening date
Images should not be

  • Low-resolution, blurry, or too dark

  • Black and white

  • Inappropriate

  • Watermarked

  • Copied from another listing

  • Oriented incorrectly

  • unrelated to your property or area

  • Blank or duplicated

Make sure your images don’t contain

  • A logo or border

  • Text of any kind, such as a URL or contact information

  • Something other than a picture, such as a document, certificate, illustration, or poster

  • Copyrighted material

  • A collage of multiple photos or multiple listings

To customize your image gallery, head to the MEDIA tab and follow these easy steps. First, drag and drop your desired images into the gallery and arrange them in your preferred order. You can upload a maximum of 50 images per listing.

To set the featured image for your listing, simply click on the star icon. Please note that the minimum size for the featured image should be 1440 x 900 pixels. If you exceed the maximum number of photos allowed, you must delete an image before uploading a new one.

Guest

To find a cabin rental in Broken Bow, enter your preferred dates in the search bar and click the search button. You will be presented with a comprehensive list of all available properties that match your criteria. To further refine your search, you can use various filters, such as the number of guests and other available options.

To send a booking request, you need first to select the accommodation you wish to reserve, then specify your trip dates and check its availability. After choosing an available rental that you want to book, click on the “REQUEST TO BOOK” button and enter your details. You may also include an optional message for the host during this step.

You can quickly check the status of your booking by accessing the booking details in your user dashboard. Also, brokenbow.com will send you email notifications to update you on any changes or updates to your booking status.

Instant Booking is available on some listings, meaning you can book without requiring prior approval from the host, and your reservation will be confirmed instantly. For instant bookings, providing your credit card details is essential to enable us to process the initial payment. The host can only verify the booking request once your credit card information has been entered.

The refund you receive is determined by the cancellation policy of the property’s manager or owner. The service fee will also be refunded if you cancel your reservation and are eligible for a 100% refund according to the policy. However, brokenbow.com reserves the right to retain the service fee if you are outside the eligible window.

It is possible to submit multiple booking requests simultaneously, but it’s important to note that these requests are not inquiries and can be confirmed by the property owner at any moment. However, it’s generally recommended only to submit one request for the exact dates to ensure the correct amount of confusion and inconvenience.

Many cabin owners in Broken Bow permit pets to stay in their properties, and you can easily find this information by checking the accommodation rules section on the listing. It’s important to note that each host is responsible for managing their availability calendar and ensuring that it’s accurate and up-to-date.

To change your profile, click the “Sign In” button in the website’s upper right-hand corner. From there, click “Log In” at the bottom of the form and enter your credentials to access your account. Once logged in, click on the “Profile” tab to make any necessary changes.

The City of Broken Bow does not have short-term rental laws. As a result, all statewide regulations and rules that apply to Oklahoma’s short-term rental market also apply in this area. Owners are expected to assume responsibility for collecting and remitting any necessary taxes as required by law.
