Description
Greenbriar Reserve is a charcoal-gray house with a stone base, sitting at the end of a gravel drive in the pines outside Broken Bow. It has five bedrooms, five and a half baths and room for 19, so a few families can share it without anyone feeling stacked on top of anybody else.
The sleeping setup is easy to explain. There are four king suites, and each one comes with its own bathroom, double sinks included, and a walk-in shower. A freestanding soaking tub shows up in one of the bath photos. Then there is a bunk room on the lower level with two sets of bunk beds. The lower-level living area has a sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway bed for the overflow.
On the main floor, the great room has a vaulted wood ceiling, a stone fireplace and a big gray sectional on a blue rug. The kitchen is open to it. There is a navy island with stools, a stainless fridge with an ice maker, a farmhouse sink and a dishwasher, plus a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. A long wood table with a bench sits in front of the glass doors and seats ten.
Downstairs is the game room. A pool table with blue felt takes up most of it, and there is a dartboard, a round table set up for checkers and a stone fireplace you can see from both sides. A row of bar stools lines one wall. The bunk room is right next to it, so the kids are never far from the action.
The covered hot tub sits just outside the back door of the game room, tucked under the big upper deck. Off the kitchen there is a balcony with a gas grill and two large picnic tables, which makes cooking for a crowd a lot less crowded. Out in the gravel, a fire pit has blue chairs around it for about ten people, and a playset with a slide and swings is nearby. The listing also mentions cornhole, horseshoes and ladder ball.
Pets are allowed, and they need to be at least a year old. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, and the carport has a door straight into the game room, which is handy when everybody is coming in with wet towels.
